Refund and Return Policy

  • You have the right to return the entire order or part thereof, you are obliged to tell us why you wish to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it . In this case you get charged the direct cost of returning goods and the subsequent shipment of the products .
  • If the ratio of the return is an error of VIPshopper, we are committing to take the product return costs, and subsequent shipment of the products provided and how in both cases, the return is done by the transport company , the Royal Mail.
  • To have the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to fill in and send the specified form available below.
  • You are obliged to send the product in perfect condition in which you received it ( “i.e.” if the product has not been damaged, has not been washed, has not been worn. The perfumes must be sealed as received ) without these has violated the packaging and confirming that no tags markings of the product have been removed, if you purchased an extra gift pack you have to sent it in a good condition and not be damaged.
  • We do not accept open and used product/s we only accept sealed product/s. In addition, you must include proof of the shipping and the form of your order found inside the package, together with the submission of withdrawal / return statement set out below.
  • The return will be accepted only by sending with “Royal Mail 1st class “ and only after approval by the VIPshopper.
  • In case of refund and accordingly, both in the way you chose to pay for your order and the way of their return, the refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date we receive the products .
  • If the return alleges error of VIPshopper commits to send back at the address you have set for the receipt of the order at its own expenses. If the consumer wishes to return the order, without the company’s fault then the shipping costs are borne by the customer .
  • Once the product is gone from you , the VIPshopper receives it within 1-2 working days for refunds within UK and through the Royal Mail. If you choose other shipping companies, we can not provide any guarantee for the times of receipt of the products back to us.
  • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect the item/s and if matching the above then we will immediately process your request and will inform you by e-mail and the telephone on how to resolve them . After the return of the product, and if approved by the VIPshopper, the customer is reimbursed in full amount with a corresponding deposit in the same payment method as the purchase.
  • If you want to return the products you bought, we will provide you the address via Email where the products should be sent.
